Lothar Budike, Jr.
President & Founder
Lothar (Lou) Budike, Jr. as 20 years of professional experience, focused on technology driven businesses. His experience includes successful technology based product launches for companies such as Honeywell, and Westinghouse Lighting Corporation, Long Island Power Authority, PEPCO Energy Holdings, BGE (Baltimore Gas & Electric) as well as custom technology design services for various energy related firms throughout the United States.
Lothar holds several key patents in power electronics and power systems as well as a host of military sponsored pending patents in materials and optics designs for solid state lighting. Lothar is a graduate of engineering from Drexel University and began his career with the United States Navy. Lothar was an advanced electrical design engineer working under NAVSEA and was focused on systems development and engineering on the CV-63 (USS Kitty Hawk), and CV-64 (USS Constellation) Air Craft Carriers.
David Wissel
David Wissel has been involved with wireless, analog, digital and antenna design for over 20 years. His design skill set ranges from the high volume consumer products arena to commercial and military design areas. He has worked on products from the low MHz region to over 10 GHz and has successfully led teams of other engineers in product development. Mr. Wissel holds a BSE degree (Communications Major) from the University of Cincinnati.

Lars Torben Wilson
Lars Torben Wilson joined Powerweb Technologies in April 2000 as Vice President of Information Technologies. Mr. Wilson brings over 15 years of Management Information Systems (MIS) experience with specialized expertise in e-based scaleable solutions. Mr. Wilson manages Powerweb's 300,000 lines of code in the central server system that operates Powerweb's web based energy management portal. He has been instrumental at operating one of the largest PHP operating systems in the country and has extensive experience is software from various levels of interface capabilities.
Roger Adelman, PhD.
Dr. Adelman has a long and rich career that spans nearly forty years in academic and industrial experience as an individual contributor, an inventor, a teacher and a manager. Dr. Adelman earned a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He has worked in the Materials and Process Technology Lab at GE, held the position of Vice President at CTL Dixie, then Director at Metcut Research and taught at the University of Cincinnati before founding his own Silicon Valley communications company, SyberSay Communications. He continues to design, build and market specialty instrumentation and serves as a consultant to Powerweb Technologies.
