GSMART^® CONTRACT AWARDED BY NORESCO ENERGY SERVICES

Philadelphia, PA January 11th, 2008 – Powerweb, Inc. announced today a contract award from NORESCO, a leading national provider of ESCO services. The contract will be to install and deliver a gsmart^® Energy Management System for selected energy management clients.

The gsmart^® Energy Management System will enable commercial consumers to manage power costs through a user-friendly web based portal. The system is designed to track energy usage and automatically implement demand management strategies when an opportunity arises.

The gsmart^® System is designed to implement load curtailment strategies within the building for demand management, demand response and energy procurement commodity contracts. gsmart^® interfaces seamlessly with “real-time” energy prices, real time energy and capacity costs in the wholesale electricity market and makes intelligent decisions on operating a commercial facility in a cost effective manner.

Powerweb is a privately owned technology company that is focused on reducing the electric power costs of commercial businesses.
