Powerweb Technologies has several patent pending designs for a state-of-the-art wireless turnkey intelligence package for the building controls and thermostat markets. This package is currently being developed with Powerweb Technologies' strategic partner Honeywell.

This new Omni-Link™ design utilizes an intelligence package that enables end use consumers to manage all of their building controls and scheduling needs wirelessly through private networks.  

At the core of the current technology is the Honeywell EnergyPro™ thermostat. Traditional load management programs have allowed utilities to defer the need for new sources of power. By promoting special energy efficiency programs and products, utilities can avoid costly construction and reduce harmful air emissions. However, these programs also have meant that customers can lose control of their comfort.

            EnergyPro™ Lets Customers Stay in Control

Demand Response - EnergyPro™ can be managed by power companies to reduce consumer energy consumption during times of peak demand.

• Pre-cool and pre-heat - Typically, this feature involves controlling your home at a higher temperature during cooling season and a lower temperature during heating season to reduce energy consumption. Utilities may slightly raise or lower home temperature setting prior to a demand response event to minimize the effect on personal comfort.
• Price Response - If   the utility company offers a price response program, the EnergyPro™ can inform customers of the rate tier in effect at any given time and automatically adjusts energy use for each rate.
